Cleaning Packages
We offer a range of cleaning services specially designed for homes along the Costa del Sol. Whether your property is currently in use or awaiting guests, our service packages ensure cleanliness, comfort, and proper maintenance at every stage. From light upkeep to deep sanitation, each cleaning plan is carefully adapted to your home’s needs and occupancy level.
The price will depend on the time required for cleaning. Starting from €20 per hour per person.
1.Maintenance Cleaning
​Recommended: At least 2 times per week (depending on guest type)
Goal: Daily cleanliness maintenance
Includes:

Replacing towels

Taking out trash

Light kitchen cleaning (surfaces, dishes)

2. Regular cleaning
Recommended: Once a week
Goal: Maintain high hygiene and fresh appearance

Taking out trash

Restocking hygiene supplies

Full linen change

Cleaning kitchen surfaces, sink

Wiping external surfaces of all appliances: fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker​

Washing removable parts of the coffee machine

Treating bathroom with anti-limescale products

Cleaning mirrors and glass partitions
Monthly tasks:

Dishwasher: run with cleaner or citric acid

Fridge: full defrost (if not no-frost), shelf and drawer cleaning

Range hood: grease filter cleaning

Oven: burnt residue cleaning

AC: filter cleaning and vacuuming
3. Deep Cleaning
Recommended: 2–3 times a year
Goal: Reach every corner — even the ones that seemed out of reach
Includes:

Vacuuming and mopping floors, including under furniture with limited access

Washing walls and ceiling where the surface allows

Cleaning all bathroom tiles, scrubbing grout lines, removing limescale, and whitening sanitary fixtures

Washing all kitchen surfaces, including hard-to-reach tops, insides of cabinets, dishes, and appliances

Cleaning the inside of all storage units and organizing contents

Polishing metal and wooden surfaces
You can add any extra service to your cleaning package — just once or on a regular basis. That way, our cleaners will bring the right tools, products, and know exactly what to do to get it done right.
If we spot any dirt or mess that’s not included in your plan, we’ll let you know. And if you want, we can take care of it during the same visit or the next one — especially if it needs special products.
